STAYYO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP CODE OF CONDUCT & SERVICE AGREEMENT This document serves as the official framework for the selection and integration of Partner Properties into the Stayyo Managed Ecosystem. I. THE SUCCESS-BASED REVENUE MODEL • The Onboarding Fee: Stayyo Technologies provides platform integration and lead generation at Zero Upfront Cost. • The Integration Fee: The Partner agrees to a fixed fee of ₹1,000/- payable only upon the successful physical check-in and deposit of a Stayyo-referred tenant. • Monthly Maintenance Clause: In alignment with global OTA (Online Travel Agency) standards, a Monthly Platform Maintenance Charge of ₹500/- per Stayyo-referred tenant shall be payable by the Partner for the entire duration of the tenant's stay. II. LEGAL STANDARDS & BINDING PRECEDENTS • Industry Compliance: This contract is governed by the same digital commerce and brokerage laws that regulate global platforms such as Booking.com and MakeMyTrip (MMT). • Contractual Integrity: By signing this Code, the Partner acknowledges that Stayyo Technologies is the "Provider of Record" for the referred tenant and agrees to the recurring fee structure as a binding commercial obligation. III. DIGITAL VISIBILITY & AUDIT • GMB Synergy: Stayyo Technologies will perform a mandatory audit and optimization of the Partner's Google Profile to ensure it meets the Stayyo Visibility Standard. • Priority Traffic: Stayyo Technologies will prioritize the diversion of high-intent tenant traffic to compliant Partners. IV. OPERATIONAL STANDARDS • Price Parity: The Partner must ensure Stayyo tenants receive the best available market rate. • Response Time: Partner agrees to acknowledge a Stayyo booking request within 60 minutes.
